Philosophy
Creatives don't need to make more content — they need to make fewer, better things.
Peter John — Founder, Director
The backstory

Twenty-five years on the road with some of the world's best artists, bands, and surfers. One observation never changed: Trends may get views, division will cause attention but Authentic Story lasts forever.

Cine Artistlabs is what happens when you spend a quarter-century watching the thing on the other side of the lens: people making the work they'll be remembered for and work for those watching who are transformed by it. The world is telling us to make more noise, make more things, get more attention. But that never works, never satisfies and never ends.

We need more creatives making fewer better things.

Story builds legacy. Everything else is just noise.
